"Zelda's Wish" is a Memory in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Overview

"Zelda's Wish" is the final Memory in Tears of the Kingdom. It starts after Link successfully pulls the Master Sword from the head of the Light Dragon during the "Recovering the Hero's Sword" Main Quest.[note 1]

Zelda appears in a white void, holding onto the Master Sword. She tells Link that the Master Sword is the key to defeating Demon King Ganondorf, and she will be able to heal it.[2] When Link and the Master Sword face the Demon King again, Zelda promises that her strength will help them.[3] She calls Link her final hope, praying that he will be able to find the Master Sword in the future.[4] Afterwards, the Memory will end.

Notes

  1. If Link has not received the Master Sword by the time he faces the Demon Dragon during "Destroy Ganondorf", he will automatically draw it from the head of the Light Dragon, and "Zelda's Wish" will play then.
