"Zelda and Sonia" is a Memory in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Overview
The Dragon's Tear associated with "Zelda and Sonia" can be found within the Geoglyph on Illumeni Plateau. As part of the Main Quest "The Dragon's Tears", Link must witness this Memory.[2]
Rauru, Sonia, and Zelda can be seen drinking tea together in a gazebo on Lake Kolomo. Zelda accidentally knocks her teacup over, but Sonia uses Recall to catch it before it hits the ground and bring it back to the table. She asks Zelda how she is, noting that she appears to be distracted.[3] Zelda apologizes, claiming that she has been thinking of ways she would be able to return to the Era of the Wilds.[4] She wishes she had the same mastery over Time that Sonia is able to display, as it could assist her.[5] To help Zelda, Sonia describes Recall as drawing out the Memory of an Object and returning it to its original position.[6] Picking up her own teacup, Zelda considers Sonia's advice.[7]
Sonia assures Zelda that Recall will soon become like second nature to her, but she then probes further, claiming that she must be thinking of something else as well.[8] She suspects that, despite Zelda's need to return home, she also wants to help Rauru and Sonia in the Era of Myth.[9] Zelda asks how she knew, and Rauru laughs, stating it is impossible to keep a secret from Sonia.[10] Sonia is touched by Zelda's concern, but she tells her that her powers over Light and Time are needed back in her own era.[11]
Sonia also insists that Zelda needs to return home for the sake of Link.[12] This name is unfamiliar to Rauru, which causes him to ask Zelda about it.[13] Zelda recounts Link being assigned as her Knight, later on becoming a hero after saving her and the rest of Hyrule from Calamity Ganon.[14] Rauru is intrigued by his role as a hero.[15] Zelda continues, describing Link's dedication, his strength, and his good heart.[16] Having heard how Zelda sees Link, both Rauru and Sonia wish to meet him.[17] At this point, the Memory will be completed.

Inside the Forgotten Temple is a map of Hyrule and 11 murals related to the geoglyphs. It seems that these geoglyphs appeared in various places after the Upheaval when Princess Zelda went missing.

You have 10 geoglyphs left to investigate. - ↑
Are you well? You seem a bit distracted.
— Sonia (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
I apologize. I keep getting lost in my thoughts, thinking about how I can return home.
— Princess Zelda (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
With your power over time... If I were able to learn that kind of control... I might be one step closer to my era.

I see... The secret is to think of it like drawing out the object's memory. You ask the object where it was, how it arrived where it is now, and then you coax it back to that original moment in time.
— Sonia (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
The object's memory...
— Princess Zelda (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
I am sure it will become almost like second nature, and you will be able to find your way home. But Zelda...there is more on your mind than just that.
— Sonia (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
You, of course, do want to get back to your time. But...you also desperately want to help us out in this era. Am I close to the truth?
— Sonia (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
How did you know?
— Princess Zelda (Tears of the Kingdom)I do not believe it is possible to keep anything secret from Sonia.
— Rauru (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
Oh, your concern is very sweet, Zelda. But listen. You can focus your attention on returning home. After all, you possess more than power over time. You have a sacred power that can dispel evil. Both of these powers will help you protect your own era.
— Sonia (Tears of the Kingdom)Queen Sonia...

And, of course, you must make it home safe to put Link's mind at ease.

Link? That is not a name I have heard.
— Rauru (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
He is a royal knight. He had been originally appointed for my protection. But later, he became a hero by saving both me and Hyrule from a great evil!
— Princess Zelda (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
Oh? A hero, is he?
— Rauru (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
He is so very dedicated. And he refuses to back down from any challenge. He is very strong... And his heart is good and true!
— Princess Zelda (Tears of the Kingdom) - ↑
Ah. I can see that you have absolute faith in him. Hearing you speak so highly of Link, I find myself wanting to meet him as well!
