Wind Temple B1
Wind Temple B1 is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Features and Overview
Wind Temple B1 is the middle segment of the Stormwind Ark. It can be accessed through open passages on each side of the Stormwind Ark, though some are guarded by portcullises that must be opened from the inside first. In the northwest room, there are four lasers that activate a Trapdoor and two pathways that each lead to different parts of the Stormwind Ark. Near the Trapdoor, there is a Ladder that leads to Wind Temple B2, though it cannot be entered unless the turbine on Wind Temple B2 has been activated. Beyond a frozen gap there is a path to Wind Temple 1F, though it is blocked by portcullises controlled by a large Gear. This Gear cannot be rotated unless something is merged onto it with Ultrahand. This leads to a blocked room in Wind Temple 1F that can only be opened by activating the turbine from the Wind Temple B1 side.
The eastern side of Wind Temple B1 can be accessed by breaking the Ice spikes on the southeastern opening. It is separated in two portions by a toothed wheel which can be ridden with Recall to access the northeastern segment. In this part, there is a Lever Switch which opens the northeastern entrance as well as a set of disconnected Gear. These Gear can be connected with an Object such as a long Ice spike, opening the way to a turbine Lock. A second turbine Lock can be found by opening the large doors at the top of the tower on Wind Temple 1F and Skydiving down to Wind Temple B1. This Skydiving segment features a Basement Fan and seven lasers which will lock the door to the turbine if anything comes into contact with their beams.
