The Lightning Temple is a Gerudo Ruin that is initially buried beneath the Sand in the southwestern Gerudo Desert. Upon arrival, two Gibdo Hives are present outside the Temple, while a similar structure is blocking the entrance. When Link and Riju destroy the structure, Queen Gibdo will emerge from it and attack them. Halfway through their battle, she retreats inside the Temple, and Link and Riju are able to enter.
