Misae Suma Shrine
The Misae Suma Shrine,[1] designated by the Trial name Misae Suma's Blessing,[1] is an Ancient Shrine in Breath of the Wild.
Entrance to the Shrine
The Misae Suma Shrine is found in the East Barrens of the Gerudo Desert. Link initially finds Pokki leaning on the Sheikah Slate Terminal outside of the Ancient Shrine. She is dehydrated and convinced she is going to die without one last taste of a Noble Pursuit.[2] This activates "The Perfect Drink" Shrine Quest.
When Link asks Furosa at The Noble Canteen for a Noble Pursuit for Pokki, she reveals that she is unable retrieve the Ice from the Northern Icehouse by herself.[3] Link offers to get the Ice for her, which she will accept.[4] She tells Link that once he explains the situation to the manager, Anche, she will let him take some Ice.[5] Furosa then says Link only needs to bring the Ice to the entrance to the ruins, at which point she will take it to Gerudo Town.[6]
At the Northern Icehouse, Anche allows Link to take some Ice for Furosa.[7] She reminds him to move quickly so that it does not melt.[8] This begins the Ice Delivery Mini-Game.
Once Link has completed the Mini-Game and brought the Ice to Furosa, she says she will be able to make the ultimate Noble Pursuit.[9] She asks Link to let Pokki know that it is waiting for her, believing she will come running once she hears about it.[10] Back at Misae Suma Shrine, Link can tell Pokki about the drink.[11] Suddenly rejuvenated, Pokki runs through the East Barrens towards Gerudo Town.
With the Sheikah Slate Terminal cleared, Link is able to enter Misae Suma Shrine. Once inside, he is greeted by its Monk, Misae Suma, who says he has proven himself by entering the Ancient Shrine.[12]
The Misae Suma Shrine is one large room with no puzzles or Enemies, just a straight path leading to the Monk's Pedestal. There is a stone Treasure Chest in the center of the room containing a Diamond. When approached, Misae Suma grants Link a Spirit Orb as a reward for reaching the Ancient Shrine.[13] The Monk then wishes Link well before fading away.[14]

Ugh, my throat... It's so dry... I can't move a muscle... If this really is the end... I wish I could have one last taste... One sip... One sip of an ice-cold Noble Pursuit...
— Pokki (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
Pokki's collapsed? Hmm. I was to help her out, but I can't make a you-know-what without ice. There's ice at the icehouse, but my legs aren't in the best shape for hauling ice...
— Furosa (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
[Should I get it for you?] Are you serious? You'll get it? That'd be a huge help.
— Furosa (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
Anche manages it, but I think if you explain the situation, she'll let you have some ice.
— Furosa (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
If you bring the ice to the entrance to the ruins—between town and the icehouse—I can take it from there.
— Furosa (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
I see... Well, if Furosa wants ice, then you should bring her some. You're permitted to take sone ice.
— Anche (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
You've taken the heat into account, right? If you move too slowly, the ice will surely melt.
— Anche (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
With this, I'll be able to make the ultimate Noble Pursuit.
— Furosa (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
Sorry, but could you please let Pokki know? Tell her that I made the best one ever and I've got it waiting for her... Knowing her, she'll probably come running when she hears that there's an amazing drink with her name on it.
— Furosa (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
Did you say "best Noble Pursuit ever"? Pfft, I am GONE!
— Pokki (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
To you who sets foot in this shrine... I am Misae Suma. By entering this place, you've already proven your worth.
— Misae Suma (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
You have done well to arrive at this shrine. A hero rises to right the wrongs of Hyrule. In the name of Goddess Hylia, I bestow upon you this Spirit Orb.
— Misae Suma (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
May the Goddess smile upon you.
