The Domizuin Shrine consists of a single gigantic chamber with several floating platforms. Beyond the entrance, the floor extends forward over an abyss. Above the end of this floor is a tall structure that Link can Ascend through. Above this structure, there is a staircase that leads down into a bridge further into the Shrine's abyss. At the end of this bridge is a gigantic floating box cage and a Shock Switch with a circular, horizontal arrow hinting at its function. When struck, this Shock Switch will rotate the cage 90 degrees counter-clockwise, allowing entry into the cage.

There are a number of platforms built along the walls of this cage. At the bottom of the cage there is a platform that does not move along with the cage. A second Shock Switch with a circular, vertical arrow sits atop this platform. When struck, it rotates the cage by 90 degrees in the direction that it points. By utilizing both of these Shock Switches, Link is able to access all sides of the cage.

In order to reach the end of the Shrine, Link can strike the horizontal Shock Switch once, enter the cage, then strike the horizontal Shock Switch a second time. From this point, the horizontal Shock Switch will be blocked by a tall platform. By standing in the gap between the tall platform and the wall before striking the vertical Shock Switch once, Link can position himself near the top of the cage where he can Ascend and walk toward the end of the Shrine.

A Statue of Rauru and Sonia can be found at the end of the Domizuin Shrine. By interacting with the Terminal in front of the Statue, Link can receive a Light of Blessing to cleanse the corruption of Darkness from within him.[2][3]
