Tho Kayu Shrine
The Tho Kayu Shrine,[1] designated by the Trial name Tho Kayu's Blessing,[1] is an Ancient Shrine in Breath of the Wild.
Entrance to the Shrine
Tho Kayu Shrine is located in the Toruma Dunes, though it is initially buried beneath the sand. To reveal the Ancient Shrine, Link must light the four stationary Torches on the surrounding rocks. The area is inhabited by a Molduga, which must be either avoided or defeated when lighting the Torches.
Once all four Torches have been lit, Tho Kayu Shrine will rise from the sand. As Link enters the Ancient Shrine, he is greeted by its Monk, Tho Kayu.[2]
The Tho Kayu Shrine is one large room with no puzzles or Enemies, simply a direct path to the Monk's Pedestal. Along this path is a stone Treasure Chest in the center of the room, which contains a Golden Bow. When Link approaches Tho Kayu, the Monk gives Link a Spirit Orb as a reward for reaching the Ancient Shrine.[3] Tho Kayu then wishes Link well before fading away.[4]
