Thunderspears are magical Weapons that can be found on Hyrule Ridge and in Hyrule Field, particularly in Hyrule Castle. Their spearheads contain thunder from the Thundra Plateau in its tip.[1] When their blades glow, they're able to unleash an attack that will electrocute enemies.[1]

Being made of metal, Thunderspears will attract Lightning during storms. They will also sink in water, but they can be manipulated and picked back up using the Magnesis Rune. If they're exposed to Fire or a Scorching Climate, Thunderspears will not burn.
