The Water Pump Room is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.(BotW)[1] The Water Pump Room goes unnamed in Tears of the Kingdom.

Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

The Water Pump Room is located below Princess Zelda's Study and Princess Zelda's Room in Hyrule Castle. A Waterfall runs down its northern wall. Partway down the Room, Link can find a small side-room with a Lever Switch. Pulling this Lever Switch causes an Updraft to rise from the floor. A passageway in the Water Pump Room leads to the West Passage and Lockup.

100 years ago, the Water Pump Room was used to supply Water throughout Hyrule Castle.[1] Since the Great Calamity, however, it has fallen into disrepair.[1]

On the wooden support beams at the top of the Water Pump Room, Link can discover a Treasure Chest containing a Frostblade. There is a bombable wall in the side-room. When Link destroys it, he will find a Treasure Chest containing a Shard of Dinraal's Fang.
