Nintendo Gallery
The Nintendo Gallery is located a little way from Forest Haven in Wind Waker. Once you find a way inside, you'll meet Carlov who will carve a figurine of any enemy or person you want. All you have to do is show him a color pictograph. Manny, who stands near the entrance to the gallery before you get in, can be seen loitering near Carlov's counter or walking around in the gallery.
