Tray is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series.[2][3]

Biography

Breath of the Wild

Tray is the innkeeper of the Rollin' Inn in Goron City, which he runs alongside Volcon.[4] Tray manages the Inn's front desk, where he offers customers a bed for 20 Rupees or a bed and a Goron-style massage for 80 Rupees.[5] Tray highly recommends the Goron massages, which Volcon gives, stating that it rejuvenates the body and admitting that he even sometimes falls asleep during it.[6] Whichever option Link chooses, he can decide to sleep until morning, noon, or night, and if he decides to get a massage, he will regain all of his Hearts, along with three temporary Hearts if he does not already have 20 and a temporary Stamina Wheel.

Since Tray does not go outside, he is not bothered by the Divine Beast Vah Rudania's Magma Bombs.[7]

When Link bids Tray farewell, he is told not to overwork himself.[8]

Tears of the Kingdom

Related Quests

Tray is retiring from running the Rollin' Inn and is passing it on to the former Ripped and Shredded shopkeeper, Pyle.[9]
