Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

Master Kohga's Room is located at the rear of the Yiga Clan Hideout in the Gerudo Highlands. The Room has two entrances, the first being accessible through the Yiga Clan Hideout Hall. The second is a false wall made of metal, leading to the giant pit at the far end of the Hideout. Link must use the Magnesis Rune in order to utilize this doorway. Several Traveler's Guardian Deities, which have been plastered over with the symbol of the Yiga Clan, are posed throughout the Room.

During the "Divine Beast Vah Naboris" Main Quest, a Yiga Blademaster will be positioned at the front entrance to Master Kohga's Room. To bypass the Blademaster, Link must lure them away using Mighty Bananas. Alternatively, he can find the Blademaster. Following this, Link passes through Master Kohga's Room in order to reach the giant pit.

When Link returns to the Yiga Clan Hideout during the "EX Champion Urbosa's Song" Main Quest, which is exclusive to The Champions' Ballad Downloadable Content Pack, the front entrance will be blocked off. As a result, he must use the back entrance in Master Kohga's Room in order to enter the Hideout. Just outside the Room, Link can encounter Mina and Mils, who warn him that the Yiga Clan have returned to their Hideout.[2] After obtaining the Sacred Orb, Link must once again pass through Master Kohga's Room in order to throw it into the giant pit.

Four Treasure Chests can be found within Master Kohga's Room. The first is a stone Chest in the center of the Room, and it contains Mighty Bananas. The other three are metal Chest buried in the ground, containing a total of two Topazes and one Ruby.
