Large Quiver
Large Quivers,(MMMajora's Mask | TMCThe Minish Cap | SSSkyward Sword)[2][3][4][5] also known as Big Quivers,(OoTOcarina of Time | MMMajora's Mask | TPTwilight Princess | CoHCadence of Hyrule)[2][6][7] and Quivers,(TWWThe Wind Waker | PHPhantom Hourglass | STSpirit Tracks)[2][4] are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.
Location and Uses
Ocarina of Time
In Ocarina of Time, the Big Quiver is an upgrade to the original Quiver that increases its carrying capacity from 30 Arrows to 40. It can be obtained in one of the following manners:
- As an adult, shoot all 10 targets at the Shooting Gallery in Kakariko Village.
- As an adult, score at least 1,500 points at the Horseback Archery Range.
Whichever upgrade is acquired second will become the Biggest Quiver.
Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask, the Large Quiver is an upgrade to the original Quiver that increases its carrying capacity from 30 Arrows to 40. It can be obtained in one of the following manners:
- Score 40 points at the Shooting Gallery in Clock Town.
- Achieve a perfect score at the Swamp Shooting Gallery.
Whichever upgrade is acquired second will become the Largest Quiver.
The Wind Waker
Although Large Quivers do not appear by any name in The Wind Waker, an equivalent Quiver upgrade can be obtained by approaching the Great Fairy on either Western Fairy Island or Thorned Fairy Island, who will increase Link's Arrow capacity to 60. Both Fairy Fountains require the Skull Hammer to access.
The Minish Cap
In The Minish Cap, Link's Arrow capacity can be upgraded three times by collecting three separate Large Quivers.

Twilight Princess
In Twilight Princess, the Big Quiver is acquired by completing the STAR Game for the first time, which requires the Clawshot found in the Lakebed Temple. The Big Quiver increases the Quiver's capacity from 30 Arrows to 60.
Phantom Hourglass
After Link obtains the Bow in Phantom Hourglass, his Arrow capacity can be upgraded twice by collecting two Quivers in the following manners:
- Purchase at the Molida Island Shop or Mercay Island Shop for 1,000 Rupees.
- Score between 1,700 and 1,999 points at the Shooting Range on Molida Island.
The second of these Quivers to be collected, though called "Quiver" in-game, is classified by Encyclopedia as a type of Large Quiver and allows Link to carry up to 50 Arrows.
Spirit Tracks
After Link obtains the Bow in Spirit Tracks, his Arrow capacity can be upgraded twice by collecting two Quivers in the following manners:
- Purchase at the Goron Country Store for 2,000 Rupees.
- Score between 3,000 and 3,999 points at the Pirate Hideout.
The second of these Quivers to be collected, though called "Quiver" in-game, is classified by Encyclopedia as a type of Large Quiver and allows Link to carry up to 50 Arrows.
Skyward Sword
In Skyward Sword, a Large Quiver is a supplemental Quiver that increases Link's Arrow-holding capacity by 15, as long as the Large Quiver is stored in the Adventure Pouch.
A Large Quiver can be created by Upgrading a Medium Quiver at the Scrap Shop, at a cost of two Monster Horns, three Dusk Relics, one Golden Skull, one Goddess Plume, and 100 Rupees. They can also be sold at the Item Check for 150 Rupees.
Other Appearances
Cadence of Hyrule
The Big Quiver appears as the grand prize at the Kakariko Shooting Gallery and holds up to 20 Arrows.[7]
