A second stone Treasure Chest containing a bundle of five Fire Arrows can be found along the western wall east of the Katah Chuki Shrine. A third stone Treasure Chest containing another bundle of five Bomb Arrows can be found inside the bastion along the western wall. Another bundle of five Bomb Arrows can be found in a stone Treasure Chest inside the northwestern bastion. Atop the northernmost wall, Link can find a bundle of five Ice Arrows inside a stone Treasure Chest.

A Korok can be found in a Natural Hiding Spot beneath a Rock at the southwestern wall along the road to the Quarry Ruins.

West Castle Town remains largely untouched, with some Fallen Debris littering its grounds. There are four Hyrule Restoration Material stations scattered among West Castle Town and additional Restoration Materials in the southeast as signs of a reconstruction effort. A ruined tower in middle of the road in the south has a Cracked Wall that can be destroyed to create a passageway. Ruins Rubble may occasionally fall from the Sky here, however there are no Sky Islands above West Castle Town.

West Castle Town surrounds the Water Reservoir, located in its northwest. It has roads which lead to the Moat Bridge in the northwest, Passeri Greenbelt in the southwest, and the Central Square, Hyrule Castle Town Gate, and East Castle Town in its east.
