Trivia

  • The Royal Crypt has many callbacks to the first The Legend of Zelda. For example,
    • The crypt's background music is a remix of the original game's dungeon theme.
    • The sound effect heard when revealing the two Keys in King Gustaf's room is the same as the sound effect for uncovering hidden items in the earlier game
    • The Gibdos can be seen holding Small Keys and Bombs just like the Stalfos did in the first game.
    • The 4 statues in the entrance of the crypt are similar to the statues in the entrance of all the dungeons in The Legend of Zelda.
